TROIS BOULDERING LEAGUE (TBL) Semi Final -Match 2

Second semi-final match up this afternoon features an exciting and entertaining pairing of two squads; The Deer and Young Monkeyz Climbing. Here comes our match preview for you to catch up with our TBL Semi Final – Match 2.

The Deer

The Deer is a six-member team lead by Saiful, who was the team manager, Teh, who was the route setter. In terms of the level of experience per player, Din Monster was categories as experience climber, John Chin is in the range of intermediate and Nicholas Han is categorize under youth/ girl climber.

Young Monkeyz Climbing

On the other hand, Young Monkeyz Climbing is also a six-member team lead by Big Bird, as team manager, Nicky was the route setter. Meanwhile, the level of experience per player, Felix was categories as experience climber, Derik is in the range of intermediate ranking and Jia Shern is categorize under youth/ girl climber.

As usual, registration start on 6pm and participants must wear their bib number before the climbers proceed to the isolation room on 7pm. The route setter from both team starts to set the route. Both teams involved in the coin toss to determine which will be Team A or Team B. As the result, Team A is The Deer; Team B is Young Monkeyz Climbing. Both team players had pretty straightforward passes through to this stage. And we all know that both team will give it their best shot though and leave every ounce of energy they have out on the bouldering routes.

Team A – The Deer won the match, that gives the team a 12-6 lead.

First and foremost, congratulation to Team A – The Deer. They are now making a step forward to the final match. At the end of the day, though, Young Monkeyz Climbing gets 6 point drawback, as we could see the tremendous effort put in by the contestants to perform their best. All of them executed their climbing techniques and moves very well too, which brought loud cheers and whistles from the floor.
